Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Kg potatoes cooked & sliced
- 1 packet Creme of Chicken soup
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 300 mls milk
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Spread layers of sliced potato on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle over some of the soup mix & grated cheese (mixed together), then another layer of potato, more cheese/soup mix etc until finished. Sprinkle paprika on top. Stand 15 minutes. Bake 400º (200ºF) for 30 minutes.
