Banana Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup milk into greased pyrex (pie) dish and heat in the oven while preparing other ingredients. Cream butter and sugar together then add eggs and mashed bananas. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well into warm milk & bake in moderate oven 20 -30 minutes.
