Pumpkin-based Vege Soup
Ingredients
- 40 grams butter
- 1 large onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 large carrot
- 1 Kg pumpkin peeled, seeded
- 1-2 stalks celery
- 2 large sprigs of parsley
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Boil until vegetables are tender.
