Pumpkin-based Vege Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 40 grams butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 Kg pumpkin peeled, seeded
  • 1-2 stalks celery
  • 2 large sprigs of parsley
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Boil until vegetables are tender.
