any left-over cooked potato

Seasonings as desired
Instructions
Pastry
Grate dripping & butter into sifted dry ingredients. Use wire pastry blender to rub in the fat. Add a little milk to mix. Roll pastry and line pie dish.
Filling
Add filling into pie crust and bake 190ºC (375ºF) for 35-45 minutes.
