Heat oil in small pan & stir fry onion until soft - add garlic & bread crumbs; cook 2 minutes. Mix mince with onion mixture & bind together with beaten eggs, Tandoori seasoning & parsley. Season with salt & lots of freshly ground pepper. With wet hands, form mince into little loaves, wrap bacon around them and place in oiled roasting dish. Bake in preheated 400ºF about 30-35 minutes. Serve with Coconut Rice with Sweet Chili Yoghurt Dressing.
