Yoghurt & Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g butter
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs golden syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 carton yoghurt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup bran
  • ½ cup dried fruit

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter, sugar & syrup. Mix in egg & yoghurt. Sift in flour & soda. Add bran & fruit. Mix quickly. Bake 190ºC (375ºF) 15 minutes.
