Ingredients

grated rind of lemon
Topping
lemon

Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder salt and add sugar. Rub in butter and mix in eggs with milk. Add rind. Bake in loaf tin for 1 hour or ring tin for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and pour over topping. Remove from tin when cool.
Topping
Mix juice of lemon with sugar.
