Lemon Cup (Concentrate)

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • Grated rind of 4 lemons
  • 900 grams 2 lb sugar
  • 8 Tbs artificial sweetener
  • litres 4 pints boiling water
  • 28 grams 1 oz citric acid
  • 28 grams 1 oz tartaric acid
  • 28 grams 1 oz Epsom salts

Instructions
 

  • Dilute to taste (only a small amount is needed).
