Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams ½ lb butter
  • 2 small cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 mashed bananas
  • 3 breakfast cups flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 tsps baking soda
  • 4 Tbs milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter & sugar; add eggs & beat well, then add mashed bananas. Dissolve soda in warm milk. Sift flour & baking powder and add alternatively with soda & milk. Finally mix in vanilla. Bake in one large or 2 medium sized tins, moderate oven 180ºC (350º F) 45-50 minutes.
