Ice Cream Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 85 g 3 oz butter
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1 litre 2 pints boiling milk
  • vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cream together the butter & sugar, beat in eggs and stir in other ingredients. Bake in moderate oven in a dish which is in pan of water 25 minutes.
